Section 245

In case of death of the person who is to be paid for the bad debt, the bad debt will be collected from his property.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the debt is not recovered from the property of his right, the debt will be recovered from the person who collects his debt.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), in case of wrongful recovery from the taker of aputali, no more than what he took the aputali shall be charged.
